Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using any of our services on this website (“The Services”). By signing up to Convibo and/or accepting or using the website or the services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use the services on our website.
You will need to register on the Website before you can use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to register with us. You agree that all registration information that you submit is truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of such information. By registering with us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
As part of the registration process you will be required to submit a username and password and these will need to be verified and accepted by us. After that, and for every time you want to use our services, you have to provide this information.
Once you have registered, it is your responsibility to keep your password secret. We will be entitled to assume that any person logging in using your password is either you or someone doing so with your permission. You will be responsible and liable for any actions of any person logging into the Website using your username and password. You should notify us immediately if you suspect that anyone else knows your username and password or that anyone has logged in as you.
We may at any time and for any reason refuse to accept a registration from any person, or terminate a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to all or part of this service with or without notice at our sole discretion.
Convibo is a platform that presents you with a set of retailer virtual storefronts from which you can select goods for picking, packing and delivery by individual personal shoppers (“Personal Shoppers”) to your location. In some cases, picking, packing or delivery services may be performed by third parties including a retailer or third party logistics provider (collectively, “Third Party Providers”).
When you use the Services to place an order for products, you authorize the purchase and delivery of those products from the retailers you select. Unless otherwise specified, you acknowledge and agree that Convibo and the Personal Shopper are acting as your agents in picking, packing and/or delivery of goods purchased by you and are not the seller of the goods to you. You agree that your purchase is being made from the retailers you have selected, and that title to any goods passes to you when they are purchased at the applicable retailers’ stores. Convibo will obtain a credit card authorization for your credit card on file with us to cover the cost of the goods you have purchased from the retailers and any separate Convibo fees, and your card will be charged for the goods purchased by you and any applicable fees.
Convibo reserves the right to decline orders, refuse partial or full delivery, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at any time in its sole discretion.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.
Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store.
When something is out of stock at the store, we do our best to replace it with something similar.
During checkout, you can tell us how we should proceed in case we don’t find an item: You can request to be contacted (calls or texts) or you can request to have your items cancelled or replaced.
You can also log dietary preferences so our shoppers know can make better suggestions for you.
Please be aware that you will be refunded or charged for the difference of replacement items. If you don’t get a replacement you will be refunded for the out of stock item.
Convibo has its own prices and hence prices are different than in store. If you think that an item is priced unfairly please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Convibo reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change and/or modify prices effective with or without prior notice. The weight of some goods may vary marginally from that ordered.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when signing up for our services.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order without refunding you.
You can only pay for the Services using a debit or credit card bearing either the Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta or Switch symbol as shown on the Website from time to time or otherwise as accepted by our chosen payment processor. Payments will be processed only through Stripe.
Payment will be deducted from your credit card as soon as you complete your checkout process. In case of order amendments, payments will be deducted as soon as your order is ready for delivery. We will contact you if there is a problem in preceding your order and if we are unable to then you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days.
During checkout your card will be authorised for a slightly higher amount to cover for replacements of higher value, added items, or special requests. This is only temporary and will change back to exactly the correct amount once your order is completed.
Loyalty programs and cards
Wherever loyalty programs or cards can be added to your account we cannot guarantee that each order can be credited, since this is not entirely under our control.
